Banana bread, makes 1 loaf
3 bananas
2 heaped tbsp cashew butter
1 tbsp yogurt
6 tbsp oat flour
2 scoops vanilla protein
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Salt
100ml warm water
3 tbsp sugar
Chocolate buttercream
2 heaped tbsp nush cream cheese
1 tbsp cacao powder
Enough water to mix to thick but drizzly consistency
Syrup to taste
1. Mash some ripe bananas in a bowl, then add the cashew butter and sugar and mix well
2. Add all the dry ingredients to a separate bowl, then pour in gradually, alternating with the water until you have a cake batter consistency
3. Add chocolate chips if you fancy
4. Bake for 5 mins at 190
5. Turn down the oven and bake for 15 mins at 170, then cover with foil and bake for another 15 minutes until a fork comes out clean
6. Whilst cooling, mix the buttercream together and melt a bar of dark chocolate
7. Pour over the buttercream and spread, then melt the chocolate and drizzle over
