4g of salt
15g dry yeast
125ml warm milk
125ml warm water
1. Pour the water and milk into a bowl. Add oil, dry yeast, salt and sugar. Mix and add the flour. Knead the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
2. Roll out the dough and make circles. Cover them for 20 minutes.
3. Make small indentations on the top and bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
4. Cover them with water on top and serve.
