Ingredients:


250 ml. of water
250 grams of flour
8 grams of salt
Sugar for dusting
Mild oil for frying


Preparation:

  1. Heat salted water in a saucepan
  2. Put the flour in a large bowl
  3. Pour the water about to boil into the flour. Mix with a spoon
  4. Put the dough in a churrera or a pastry bag with a star-shaped nozzle. Make sure that the dough is compact and without bubbles.
  5. Place the portions of churros on a kitchen towel
  6. Heat the oil in a pan and when the temperature reaches 200 degrees, fry the churros
  7. Fry the churros over medium heat to prevent them from being excessively browned on the outside and raw on the inside.
  8. Put the fried churros on a tray with kitchen paper so they lose excess oil
  9. Sprinkle with sugar and they are ready to serve
