Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
4 yolks
100 ml of milk
200 ml of cream
70 grams of sugar
30 gr of corn starch
Cinnamon and lemon zest
Indications:
- In a saucepan, mix the milk, cream, cinnamon and lemon zest. Bring to a boil.
- Separately, mix the egg yolks with sugar and starch. Filter and add the milk, bring to the heat and let it thicken. Let the cream cool.
- Then shape the pastries out of the dough and bake at 400°F (200°) for 12 minutes.
