Ingredients:

1 roll of puff pastry
4 yolks
100 ml of milk
200 ml of cream
70 grams of sugar
30 gr of corn starch
Cinnamon and lemon zest

Indications:

  1. In a saucepan, mix the milk, cream, cinnamon and lemon zest. Bring to a boil.
  2. Separately, mix the egg yolks with sugar and starch. Filter and add the milk, bring to the heat and let it thicken. Let the cream cool.
  3. Then shape the pastries out of the dough and bake at 400Β°F (200Β°) for 12 minutes.
