1 egg
2 egg yolks
200 grams of sugar
100 grams of butter
2 tangerines
1 yogurt
250 grams of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of icing sugar
Olive oil


  1. Wash the tangerines, dry them and grate the skin to obtain 2 tablespoons and squeeze them. Break the egg into a large bowl. Add the egg yolks and sugar and beat until you get a whitish mixture.
  2. Add the melted butter, the juice and the zest of the tangerines and stir. Add the sifted flour together with the yeast. Finally, add the yogurt and mix.
  3. Grease a mold with a little oil, pour the previous dough and cook in a preheated oven at 190ΒΊ for 35 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack. Take it out of the mold and sprinkle it with the icing sugar.
