Ingredients:
1 egg
2 egg yolks
200 grams of sugar
100 grams of butter
2 tangerines
1 yogurt
250 grams of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of icing sugar
Olive oil
Preparation:
- Wash the tangerines, dry them and grate the skin to obtain 2 tablespoons and squeeze them. Break the egg into a large bowl. Add the egg yolks and sugar and beat until you get a whitish mixture.
- Add the melted butter, the juice and the zest of the tangerines and stir. Add the sifted flour together with the yeast. Finally, add the yogurt and mix.
- Grease a mold with a little oil, pour the previous dough and cook in a preheated oven at 190º for 35 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack. Take it out of the mold and sprinkle it with the icing sugar.
