Mille-feuille of salmon, ricotta, cucumber, tomatoes and guacamole

This recipe requires stainless steel circles to make the mille-feuilles.

INGREDIENTS: 2 PERS.

FOR THE MILLE-FEUILLES:

1 small slab of fresh salmon
200 g ricotta 1 small cucumber
2 tomatoes a few chives 2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil tablespoons of mascarpon, chapelures salt, pepper

FOR THE GUACAMOLE:
2 very ripe avocados 1 tomato 1 red onion 1/2 lime ground coriander

PREPARATION:

1. Cut the salmon into small cubes.
Reserve it in a bowl with 1 tbsp.
