Ingredients:
150g warm water
7 g yeast of the moment
2 y 1/2 spoonfuls of. sugar
135 g sunflower oil
150g natural yogurt
1 hour
500 g of harine
1 and 1/2 spoonfuls of salt
200g of queso
1 hour
Indications:
- Mix the harina with water and oil.
- Then add the sugar, salt and yeast.
- Add the egg, the yogurt and form a homogeneous mass.
- Let it go up until it doubles its volume.
- Make pans of 50 g each and fill them with queso.
- Let them rest for 20 minutes and then brush them with a new smoothie.
- Bake at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
