Pasta with 650 g creamed spinach in cream cheese sauce
Ingredients
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
650 g spinach (creamed spinach)
some milk
200 g cream cheese (herbs)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of sugar

Preparation
First cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Then dice the garlic and onion and sauté until translucent, add the spinach, milk and cream cheese and bring to the boil.
Then season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar and add a little more milk depending on the desired consistency.
Now serve with the pasta.
