Ingredients:
-200g of flour
-1 envelope of chemical yeast
-1 sachet of vanilla sugar
-1 tablespoon brown sugar -15cl of milk
-3 eggs
-50 g of salted butter
Preparation:
Step 1 In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.
Step 2 Melt the salted butter over low heat
Step 3 Add butter to the preparation
Step 4 Add flour, yeast, vanilla sugar, and brown sugar a little at a time, mixing well as you go to avoid clumping.
Step 5 When the dough is smooth, put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Step 6 Heat and grease a frying pan (oil or butter). Once the pan is hot, place a small amount of pancakes in it (one third of a ladle). The dough must be smeared in the pan.
Step 7 When bubbles start to form on top, flip the pancake over with a spatula. step 8 Cut the pancake with a cookie cutter in the shape of your choice for a prettier result.
Step 9 Serve hot with sugar, maple syrup, fruit.
