Very simple seafood gratin

Ingredients null:


1 bag of frozen seafood null:
8 cl White wine null:
1 nut of butter null:
1 shallot null:
15 cl Cream null:
8 g Cornstarch null:
1 Tbsp. breadcrumbs null:
Salt null: Pepper

then drain. Peel and slice the shallot. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sweat the shallot.

Pour in the white wine and reduce almost dry. Pour 10 cl of cream and cook for 2 min. Mix the cornstarch in the rest of the cold cream, then pour into the saucepan and thicken over low heat while mixing.

Add salt and pepper. Arrange the seafood in small gratin dishes and cover with the sauce.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put in the oven and let brown for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
