• 3/4 cup brown sugar

• 2 eggs

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

• 2 cups semi-dark chocolate chips

Preparation of chocolate chip cookies

To prepare these delicious cookies, these are the steps you must follow:

• Start by preheating the oven to 180°C.

• In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt.  Reserve for a moment.

• In another bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.

• Add the eggs one by one and beat each time you add one.

• Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

• Next, combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture and beat well until you have a uniform dough.

• Add the chocolate chips and mix again so that they integrate into the dough.

• Cover a baking sheet with wax paper or sprinkle with wheat flour.

• Form dough balls and place them on the baking tray, leaving a space of about 5 cm between them.

• Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until you notice they are golden brown on the edges.

• Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

• Serve with your favorite drink.
