โ™ก INGREDIENTS โ™ก


โ™ก 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (or vegan)
โ™ก 1/2 cup almond milk
โ™ก 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple)
โ™ก 1/2 cup chopped fruit
โ™ก 1/2 cup oatmeal flakes
โ™ก Ground cinnamon to taste
โ™ก Vanilla to the taste


โ™ก PREPARATION โ™ก


Cook the oats in a skillet for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey and cinnamon to taste.
Mix well and cook 2 minutes more or until you see it dry. Step on to a plate and let cool. When cold separate with hands.
Mix yogurt with the remaining bee honey, vanilla, and almond milk (or your favorite milk) until there are no lumps.
Form the popsicles, altering layers of yogurt, fruit, crunchy oatmeal until you fill the mold.
Add a wooden stick and freeze for 4 hours or until completely firm.
