Oat yogurt popsicles ๐๐
โก INGREDIENTS โก
โก 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (or vegan)
โก 1/2 cup almond milk
โก 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple)
โก 1/2 cup chopped fruit
โก 1/2 cup oatmeal flakes
โก Ground cinnamon to taste
โก Vanilla to the taste
โก PREPARATION โก
Cook the oats in a skillet for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey and cinnamon to taste.
Mix well and cook 2 minutes more or until you see it dry. Step on to a plate and let cool. When cold separate with hands.
Mix yogurt with the remaining bee honey, vanilla, and almond milk (or your favorite milk) until there are no lumps.
Form the popsicles, altering layers of yogurt, fruit, crunchy oatmeal until you fill the mold.
Add a wooden stick and freeze for 4 hours or until completely firm.
