Ingredients:


4 eggs
150g of sugar
80g corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
900 ml of milk
150g of mascarpone cheese
Powdered sugar


Preparation:

  1. In a skillet add eggs, sugar, cornstarch, milk, and vanilla extract. Cook until thick and add the mascarpone.
  2. In a mold, place the biscuits with prepared cream, and then cover with biscuits.
  3. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
