Caramelize sugar 🧡 🤤

Caramelize sugar – you can now do it quickly and easily!  In our recipe, the sugar caramelizes easily in a small pot.


300g sugar


1. Fill a small pot with a third of the sugar.  Set the stove to medium heat.  Let the sugar melt into a light brown caramel.

2. Add the remaining sugar in two parts one after the other to the caramelized sugar and wait until it melts and caramelizes.  Stir occasionally.

3. To interrupt the cooking process, place a bowl of cold water next to it and immediately place the pot in the water.

Our tip: You can use the caramelized sugar as a base for a caramel sauce.  Or you can mix different nuts into the caramelized sugar – so delicious!
