Ingredients :

1/2 a cup of Almond flour
1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
1 Tbs of Raw Cacao powder
pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and baking soda
2 tablespoons of  almond milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of Maple syrup.

Bake for 22-25 minutes (for this chocolate donut I actually like the slightly underbake to keep it fudgey.)

Once cooled, cut the ‘donut’ in half. Fill with  vanilla coconut yogurt and place the top of the donut bake on top. Frost the donut with a choc frosting – 2 tablespoons of Almond butter, 1/2 a tablespoon of raw cacao, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup. And top with coconut flakes!

The single serve donuts are back  gluten free/dairy free/ grain free/ refined sugar free

You all LOVED the single serve berries and cream donut I posted last week… so I made a choc flavoured one because “hi, I’m Emily and I Love chocolate.”

I literally ate this for breakfast yesterday. And I don’t feel guilty about it  getting in my healthy fats  let me know if you like the single serve bakes. I feel like everyone likes when I turn my GF/DF bakes into a just one or two servings, so

if you have any of your favourite sweet treats that you want me to turn into a single serving that’s gluten and dairy free – send me a DM or comment under this post
