Choux pastry entremets: the tasty recipe to surprise your guests

200 g of flour
200ml water
70 g of butter
8 grams of sugar
4 eggs

300ml whipped cream
300g milk chocolate to melt


In a saucepan, mix the water with the sugar and butter, then add the flour. Stir until the dough comes away from the pan. Then add the eggs.

Put the dough in a pastry bag and shape your entremets on parchment paper. Bake at 356°F for 15/20 minutes.

Whip the cream and garnish, then dip them in the melted chocolate.
