Chicken  Sauce with Mushrooms

– 2 chicken breasts.
– 1/2 kg of mushrooms.
– 2 cloves of garlic.
– 1 medium onion.
– 1 tablespoon of mustard (optional).
– 1 glass of white wine.
– Pepper.
– Salt.
– Chopped parsley.



We are going to start by chopping the chicken breasts and seasoning them. On the other hand, we are going to chop the garlic and parsley as best we can, and pass the breasts over it so that they adhere.


If you wish you can add mustard to the garlic and parsley. At the end, we put the breasts to cool for a couple of hours so that they take on the flavor well.

After that time we are going to fry the chicken in a pan with a little olive oil, we must let the pieces brown completely. Then, in another pan with olive oil, we are going to add the garlic and then the onion, so that they brown well.


Add the chopped mushrooms, and when everything is ready, add the white wine and a tablespoon of flour, and stir to form a thick sauce.

When we have the sauce made, pour it into the pan over the chicken and cook for several minutes.


Serve and decorate the chicken with mushrooms around.
