But this recipe comes with a warning! You’ll want to make a big batch because it won’t last long!

This Crockpot Christmas candy recipe is my favorite set-it and forget-it candy recipe and it only takes 5-ingredients! If you’re looking for a simple recipe for homemade candy, this is one of the easiest recipes you’ll find. It’s the ideal sweet and salty candy to take to holiday parties, family get-togethers, bake sales, or just to have on hand when that sweet tooth hits.

Ingredients

1 – 16 ounces of unsalted peanuts
1-16 oz. Jar(s) of salted peanuts
1 – 12 ounce bag(s) semisweet chocolate
1 – 12 ounce bag(s) of milk chocolate
2-10 oz peanut butter chips
2 – 1 lb pkg white almond or vanilla candy coating

How to make it

1Put one layer of each ingredient in a big pot (starting with the peanuts).
Put the pot on low heat, put the lid on it, and let it sit for two hours.
Then take off the lid and stir until everything is mixed.

Put the lid back on and let it sit for 30 more minutes.
Stir it again, and then pour it onto wax paper or aluminum foil that doesn’t stick.
Give it at least an hour to get hard.
