CRUNCHY HOMEMADE BUTTONS 😋

Ingredients:


200 gr of wheat flour
250 ml of water
2 gr of dry baker’s yeast
oil for frying
Sugar for dusting
Salt


Preparation:

  1. Mix well the flour with the yeast. Do the same with the salt.
  2. Heat the water until it reaches 45º, remove and add the flour at once. Stir until the ingredients are well integrated and have a homogeneous mass. Cover with a cloth and let it ferment for 45′ or 60′.
  3. Heat plenty of oil and introduce the dough into a pastry bag with a wide nozzle. Pour portions of dough, in the shape of a bagel, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove on absorbent paper and sprinkle the batons with sugar.
  4. Serve immediately with a nice cup of hot chocolate.
