CRUNCHY HOMEMADE BUTTONS 😋

200 gr of wheat flour
250 ml of water
2 gr of dry baker’s yeast
oil for frying
Sugar for dusting
- Mix well the flour with the yeast. Do the same with the salt.
- Heat the water until it reaches 45º, remove and add the flour at once. Stir until the ingredients are well integrated and have a homogeneous mass. Cover with a cloth and let it ferment for 45′ or 60′.
- Heat plenty of oil and introduce the dough into a pastry bag with a wide nozzle. Pour portions of dough, in the shape of a bagel, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove on absorbent paper and sprinkle the batons with sugar.
- Serve immediately with a nice cup of hot chocolate.
