Dalgona Cafe

A new social media star, Dalgona coffee has gone viral amid the Covid-19 epidemic in South Korea.

So much so that it’s nicknamed the quarantine cafe! His secret? Soluble coffee like filter coffee, whipped in equal proportions with sugar and a hot liquid until a smooth flavored cream is produced. All at home in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS: 1 PERS.

1 C. instant coffee
1 C. tablespoon of sugar
1 C. hot water
1 cup of hot or cold milk

Whip the soluble coffee, sugar, and hot water with a whisk or an electric mixer, until you obtain a smooth, firm cream like a meringue.

Fill a cup three-quarters full with hot or cold milk, then cover with the Dalgona cream. Decorate with cocoa powder, cookie crumbs, or sugar balls and serve immediately.
