DELICIOUS MIXER CORN CAKE ♥️

INGREDIENTS

3 large eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 bottle of coconut milk
1 cup of cornmeal tea
2 cans of pickled corn (without water)
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of sugar tea (if you like sweeter cake).

WAY TO DO

Place all the ingredients in a blender (except the baking powder) and blend for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the baking powder and mix with the help of a spatula. Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan. Place in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
