Diamond Cookies
A cookie recipe that is wonderful in appearance and taste and is also simple to make. Diamond cookies, bright and full of chocolate, will be an indispensable part of your guest tables
Materials
200 grams of butter at room temperature
1 egg
Half a tea glass of oil
1 cup powdered sugar
2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
3.5 cups of flour (Add in a controlled manner)

Enough granulated sugar
For the above
100 grams of dark milk mixed chocolate melted in a double boiler

Preparation of
All ingredients except flour, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder are mixed in a large kneading bowl and a soft dough is obtained by adding baking powder, vanilla, cocoa and controlled flour.
Take pieces of dough slightly larger than hazelnuts and shape them into round shapes.
All the dough is prepared this way.
The cookies we shaped into round shapes are coated with plenty of sugar and placed on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Create a hole in the middle of the cookies by pressing them with a rolling pin, as shown in the photo.
It is cooked in a controlled oven at 180 degrees preheated.
You can pour melted chocolate into the middle pits of the baked cookies, decorate with pistachios and serve.
