Ingredients:

500 g of wheat flour
80g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 egg
15 grams of yeast or
45 grams of yeast
250 ml of hot water

Preparation:

In a bowl place the sugar, salt and butter.

Mix lightly with a spoon or spatula. Then add the egg mixture again and add the yeast that you will then mix again, then add the water little by little until you can mix with your hands, mix everything with your hands, throw the dough on a counter and eat to beat.

Blow for about 20 minutes until the dough is smooth and without sticking to your hands if it has stuck to your hands the dough is not ready yet so you will knead only a little.

With the dough ready, let it rest for about 40 minutes depending on the day, if you have a hot day you can leave less time but if the day is cold then you will leave more time.

With the dough already rested, open the dough with the roller and with the help of a cutter form the dough. If you don’t have a cutter, I used a round lid and in the middle hole I used a confectioner’s pick.

If you don’t have one you can use a shredded soda bottle cap and let it sit again for about 20 minutes and then just fry or bake it however you like and then just melt it in the sugar and your donuts are done.
