Eggs with Tomatoes and Cheese
Materials
3 eggs boiled in water
1 thinly sliced tomato
1 small bowl of grated cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons of pepper paste
Half a tea glass of water
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Half teaspoon of salt
1 small clove of garlic (optional)
Half a teaspoon of dried mint
Half a teaspoon of chili pepper
For the above
Finely chopped parsley
Preparation of
Put the tomato paste in a suitable pan and fry it with olive oil over low heat until the aroma of the tomato paste disappears.
Half a glass of water, salt, grated garlic and spices are added, mixed and 6 sliced tomatoes are placed in the pan.
Cook the covered tomatoes until both sides become soft.
Boiled eggs are cut in half and each egg piece is placed on top of the tomatoes.
Sprinkle a spoonful of grated cheddar cheese over the eggs, cook with the lid closed until the cheese melts, sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot.
