CORN CAKE IN BLENDER
To make a delicious corn cake using a blender, start by gathering your ingredients. You’ll need one cup of corn kernels (fresh or frozen), two eggs, a half cup of sugar, a half cup of cornmeal, a quarter cup of butter, one teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and a half cup of milk.
2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
3 tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour
1 can of green corn
2 cups (tea) of sugar
1 cup of corn flour
50 g grated parmesan cheese
1 liter of milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1. In a blender, put all the ingredients, except the yeast, beat everything very well, add the yeast and mix it manually with the help of a spatula until all the yeast is dissolved (blender off).
2. Grease a baking pan with butter and cornflour and pour the mixture into it.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes.
