Garlic Chicken & Veggie Stir Fry

4  organic chicken tenders
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 large zucchini
1 cups of raw broccoli
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 medium sized onion
1 cup raw mushrooms
3 tbsp coconut aminos
Serves 2


Cut up the chicken into bite size pieces and cook on a heated pan with minced garlic for about 5 minutes or until they start to brown on the outside.

Steam the veggies until tender then cook in a large pan in olive oil.
Tomatoes were roasted in the oven ahead of time. You can follow my highlight for this or just skip!

Once the veggies start to brown, add in the coconut aminos & sauté. Then add in the cooked chicken bites and combine thoroughly.

Top with sea salt and more coconut aminos to taste 🙂
