HOMEMADE BAGUETTE

INGREDIENTS

600g of flour
340ml of water
30ml of oil
7g yeast
5g of salt

METHOD

1. Add the water to the bowl with the flour.  Add the oil, yeast and salt.

2. Mix very well until you get a ball.

3. Grease a bowl, place the ball of dough in the bowl, cover with cling film and let rest for 2 hours.

4. Massage the dough, divide it into 3 pieces and form 3 baguettes.  Place on a baking sheet, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rest for 20 minutes.

5. Make 3 slices on each baguette, splash on some water, and sprinkle flour over each.  Bake for 30 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).
