Honey bread

Ingredients:

4 xícaras (chá) of wheat farinha
2 xícara (chá) of sugar
1/2 colher (coffee) of cinnamon in po
1 and 1/2 xícaras (chá) of leite morno
1 xícara (chá) of mel
1 bar of milk chocolate
1/2 xícara (chá) of chocolate in po
1 colher (desk) of baking soda

Preparation mode:

In a vessel all the non-humid ingredients are soaked. Accrescente or mel e or leite morno.

Mix everything in the hand, do not use a batedeira. Spread the proper shapes for pão de mel or a normal shape.

Take to the pre-baked oven (200°C), for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and unshape.

The recheio can be of beijinho, brigadeiro mole or of twelve of leite.

Melt the chocolate in milk for 1 minute in the microwave or in a water bath.

Banhe the pães de mel, place them to dry on top of aluminum foil or parchment paper.
