This chicken curry taco recipe is a very different French recipe from the Mexican corn pancake taco. Indeed, the following recipe offers a recipe for French tacos made from wheat tortillas, folded into squares and garnished with chicken curry. This is an ideal street food recipe to make for an evening with friends.
INGREDIENTS: 4 PERS.
4 tortilla sheets
4 chicken or turkey cutlets
20 cl of liquid cream
100 g grated cheese
2 tbsp. curry
Preheat the oven to th.7 (210 ° C).
Meanwhile, mince the onion, and cut the chicken cutlets into small pieces of about 2-3 cm.
Pour the oil into a saucepan, then sauté the onion until transparent.
Then add the chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes, turning the chicken pieces halfway through cooking. Season with salt and pepper, then add the curry and cream. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
On a plate, place a sheet of tortilla, on which you pour the sauce of your choice (mustard, harissa, ketchup, or mayonnaise) then place 2 tbsp. of the chicken filling.
Cover with grated cheese, and fold the tortilla into a square. Repeat for each taco, and place them in the oven on a sheet of baking paper for 12 minutes until they puff.
Enjoy your meal!
