INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings)
4 eggs
125g flour
125 ml milk
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
40g sugar
80g raisins
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp powdered sugar for sprinkling
PREPARATION
1st step
Separate eggs. Process the egg yolks with flour, milk, salt, baking powder and sugar to form a smooth dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2nd step
Beat the egg whites into a stable egg white and carefully fold into the dough. Then add the raisins.
3rd step
Put 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and fry a crispy pancake at medium temperature.
Flip the pancake and add the remaining butter. After baking, tear the pancake into pieces and sprinkle with the powdered sugar.
