Ingredients:

1kg chest
1 chopped onion
½ carrot
1 hall stem
2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
1 can of dark beer

Preparation:

Put the brisket piece inside a bag and add all the seasonings and the beer. Let marinate for at least two hours. Then, remove the meat from the bag and clean the piece.

Cook the broth, discard the vegetables and reserve the liquid. Seal the breast in the butter with a thread of oil.

Use a medium pot that can go in the oven. Add the reserved broth to the pot and add the potatoes.

Take it to the oven and let it bake at medium temperature for about 30 minutes.
