For this recipe you will need:

🍩400g flour
🍩180g milk
🍩40g butter
🍩30g sugar
🍩20g sunflower oil
🍩2 eggs
🍩1 tsp salt
🍩Sachet of vanilla sugar
🍩1 tsp vanilla flavor
🍩16g fresh baker’s yeast

The preparation :

🍩 Start mixing the fresh yeast with the lukewarm milk, let stand

🍩 In the robot tank, add the flour, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla flavor, start kneading by pouring the milk (mix with the fresh yeast) little by little 10 minutes

🍩After add the butter (room temperature) and knead again for 10 minutes (The dough sticks a little, it’s normal)

🍩 Put some flour and form a nice ball

🍩 Cover with cling film, leave to rise for about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes in a warm place

🍩 After the dough doubles in volume, degas it, and spread out on a floured work surface, cut circles using a small cookie cutter (round shape), reserve the donuts on a clean tea towel or a plate

🍩 Leave still up for 1h to 1h 30 minutes In a warm place

🍩 Then put the donuts in a hot oil bath, leave golden on the first side, then turn over and leave golden on the other side

🍩Then reserve on absorbent paper, dip in sugar, let cool Serve with Nutella
