For this recipe you will need:

๐Ÿฉ400g flour
๐Ÿฉ180g milk
๐Ÿฉ40g butter
๐Ÿฉ30g sugar
๐Ÿฉ20g sunflower oil
๐Ÿฉ2 eggs
๐Ÿฉ1 tsp salt
๐ŸฉSachet of vanilla sugar
๐Ÿฉ1 tsp vanilla flavor
๐Ÿฉ16g fresh baker’s yeast

The preparation :

๐Ÿฉ Start mixing the fresh yeast with the lukewarm milk, let stand

๐Ÿฉ In the robot tank, add the flour, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla flavor, start kneading by pouring the milk (mix with the fresh yeast) little by little 10 minutes

๐ŸฉAfter add the butter (room temperature) and knead again for 10 minutes (The dough sticks a little, it’s normal)

๐Ÿฉ Put some flour and form a nice ball

๐Ÿฉ Cover with cling film, leave to rise for about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes in a warm place

๐Ÿฉ After the dough doubles in volume, degas it, and spread out on a floured work surface, cut circles using a small cookie cutter (round shape), reserve the donuts on a clean tea towel or a plate

๐Ÿฉ Leave still up for 1h to 1h 30 minutes In a warm place

๐Ÿฉ Then put the donuts in a hot oil bath, leave golden on the first side, then turn over and leave golden on the other side

๐ŸฉThen reserve on absorbent paper, dip in sugar, let cool Serve with Nutella
