Ingredients

500 ml Neapolitan Migliaccio milk WATER 500ml • RICOTTA 300g
• SUGAR 250g
• SEMOLINA 200g
• EGGS 4
• 0 kcal BUTTER 40g
• ORANGE AND LEMON ZEST 1 • ORANGE BLOSSOM AROMA 1 teaspoon VANILLIN 1 sachet • .

How to prepare the Neapolitan miles

In a saucepan, heat the milk and water

(1). Add the lemon and orange zest, without reaching the boiling point

(2). Remove the citrus zest

(3). Then add the butter

(4) and mix. Stir until the butter melts

(5). Sprinkle the semolina

(6). Mix with a hand whisk until the mixture thickens

(7). Pour everything into a baking dish and let cool (. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar

(9). Whisk with an electric whisk until the mixture is puffed and frothy
