Ingredients

3 cups of flour
2 t sp baking powder
a pinch of salt
4 eggs
1 cup of butter
2 cups of sugar
1 tb  sp Frutessa/Tova orange jam
¼ tsp orange peel

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180 C
2. In a bowl, mask the pan with butter & flour
3. In another bowl, mix the butter with the sugar, eggs and Orange jam in a blender well
4. Pour the mixture into the pan
5. Place the pan in oven for 35 minutes
6. Let it cool for few minutes, and then its ready for serving
