Pasta casserole tomato-mozzarella


300g penne
1 onion (finely diced)
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
500g strained tomatoes
100g sour cream
125g date tomatoes (halved)
1 ball of mozzarella (sliced)
Spices: vegetable stock powder, oregano, salt and pepper


Cook the penne according to the instructions on the packaging.
Turn the oven on to 220 degrees top/bottom.

Heat the oil and fry the onion until translucent.
Add the garlic and sauté briefly.
Deglaze with strained tomatoes and sour cream.

Season and bring to the boil.
Drain the penne and put it in a casserole.

Add the sauce and mix everything well.
Top with tomatoes and mozzarella.
Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
