1kg of strawberries
30gr of powdered gelatin
150g of icing sugar
- Line a baking sheet with cling film and place a few strawberries on it.
- Blend the remaining strawberries and add gelatin and icing sugar.
- Take to the fire and let it thicken.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and let it cool overnight in the fridge.
