STRAWBERRY CAKE 😋

Ingredients:

1kg of strawberries
30gr of powdered gelatin
150g of icing sugar

Indications:

1. Line a baking sheet with cling film and place a few strawberries on it.
2. Blend the remaining strawberries and add gelatin and icing sugar.
3. Take to the fire and let it thicken.
4. Pour the mixture into the pan and let it cool overnight in the fridge.
