INGREDIENTS: 4 PERS.
1 meat sausage (quite large)
2 tbsp. teaspoon duck fat (or 2 tablespoons of oil)
Peel and then cut the apples into slices. Cut the meat sausage into slices one centimeter thick.
In a very hot pan, melt the duck fat. Add the slices of blood sausage and apples then brown them well on all sides.
Dress, season, and serve everything hot!
