Sweet and soft bread

5 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons fresh organic yeast
1 cup of hot milk
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 salt pizza
1 egg +/- 6 cups of wheat flour

Preparation mode:

Put the sugar and yeast in a bowl and stir until dissolved, add the rest of the ingredients except the wheat flour and stir well.


Add the wheat flour little by little, always stirring, when it is no longer possible to stir, place the dough on the table and knead it and add the wheat flour.

The dough sounds good, when the dough no longer sticks to your hands, it’s ready. Put the dough back in the bowl and cover it with plastic (moisten it well) and let it rise until it doubles its volume.

Divide the dough into small balls of the same size, shaped to taste, make 2 cuts in the upper part (if you want) and put them in a greased form.


Bake in the oven at 250 degrees until golden brown. Brush with cold margarine on top (to give a good color), but if you don’t want it you don’t need it.
