Tortilla Chicken Rolls
6 Switz tortillas or any tortilla in your house
A cup and a half of cooked chicken breast cubes
1 1/2 cups Picante sauce
Half a cup of grated cheddar cheese, low fat
Two-thirds of a cup of chopped green onions
A teaspoon of ground cumin
Teaspoon dried oregano
A tablespoon of melted butter
Sour cream (optional)
1- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2- In a small bowl, combine the chicken, 3/4 cup of the Picante sauce, the cheese, and 1/4 cup of the onion, cumin, and oregano.
3- Place 1/2 cup of the mixture in the center of each tortilla, then fold the sides over the filling and roll up.
4- Place the folded side down on a greased baking tray.
5- Bake for 20 minutes, then grill on top for 1 minute until golden brown, then serve with sour cream
