Truffle honey bread

INGREDIENTS


PASTA:


500 ml of honey
¾ cup margarine
1 spoon of brown sugar
½ can of beer
½ spoon of ground cloves
1 spoon of cinnamon powder
1¼ cup warm milk
½ spoon of bicarbonate
5 cups wheat flour

TRUFFLE:


400 g semisweet chocolate
1 can of cream
½ can of creamy milk jam
2 tablespoons of rum
100 g of processed walnuts

ROOF:


500g of milk chocolate


METHOD OF PREPARATION:


PASTA:

1- In a mixer bowl, put the honey and the margarine, beat until it turns into a white cream, then mix the brown sugar, the beer and keep mixing, (it will curdle the dough) and just like that, mix the spices, the milk with the dissolved bicarbonate and finally add the flour to make a thicker rain cake

2- Let the dough rest for approximately 8 hours in the refrigerator and after resting, place in greased and floured molds and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for approximately 15 minutes.

TRUFFLE:
1- In another pan, melt the chocolate with the cream over low heat until you get a smooth cream.

2- Mix the other ingredients, let it cool and fill the honey buns, after setting aside

ROOF:
1- In a pan, melt the chocolate in a bain marie, dip the honey buns, place them to dry on a base lined with aluminum foil and refrigerate until deliciously dry
