Ingredients:

500 gr of wheat flour
10 grams of sugar
160 ml of lukewarm milk
170 ml of lukewarm water
10 g dry baker’s yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
10 grams of salt
Ingredients for the stuffing
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 dried chorizo pepper
Parsley
coarse salt

Preparation:

In a container we add the milk and the water that we have heated for a few seconds in the microwave. Add the dry yeast and mix with a few rods until it is well integrated and without lumps.

Add the sugar and finish mixing.

Now add the flour by sifting it and the salt, stir on the surface and unify it with the liquid, continue kneading it with your hands and add the tablespoons of oil.

We knead it again and leave it in the bowl with a few drops of oil covering the surface so that it does not harden. We cover it with film and a cloth for two hours so that the dough rises.

After the time has elapsed, we turn the dough onto the lightly floured work surface. We make a large ball after lightly kneading and divide it into six parts. We ball each one first with pinches inwards and then finishing making the ball individually.

We cover all the balls for ten minutes so that they rest, before kneading and stretching them again with the rolling pin and with a little flour we sprinkle the surface, until reaching a thickness of 0.5 cm and a size of 20 cm in diameter.

Heat a 24 cm frying pan over medium heat, add a few drops of oil and when it is hot add the dough, stretch it a little with your fingers and let it cook for half a minute, turn it over and when the bubbles begin to swell We turn again, it will inflate a lot, we lower the heat. We turn it for the last time and go to a source.

We finished with the six portions and left them in the dish covered with a cloth.

Make a dressing with 4 tablespoons of oil and chop a little dry pepper and parsley, which we add to the oil, with the help of a brush we brush each piece of bread and season it with coarse salt. We can serve it warm like this to accompany our meal today for a perfect accompaniment, bon appetit!!
