200 gr ricotta
300 gr flour
200 gr butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 g sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
3 apples

How to use: Dough:

In a bowl mix ricotta, flour, butter, sugar and yeast. Knead the dough with your hands and form a homogeneous mass.

Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the sugar, cinnamon and apples. Roll out the dough and form discs, brush with an egg.

Filled with apples, close and pass the croissants in the mixture with cinnamon. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30-40 minutes.
