APPLE CAKE 😋

Ingredients:

3 eggs
100cc of oil
1 pot of natural yogurt
200 grams of sugar
orange juice 1
lemon juice 1
Lemon zest
4 green apples
300g self-rising flour

Preparation:

1. Place all the ingredients in the blender (except the flour and the apple) and blend.
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and integrate the diced apple and the flour with surrounding movements.
3. Pour the dough into a 24 removable mold (buttered and floured).
4. Sprinkle with the mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
5. Take to the medium oven for 1 hour.
