BANANA BREAD PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

 

1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 banana, mashed
1/4 cup cottage cheese or greek yogurt
1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
A couple drops stevia
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
.
DIRECTIONS:

 


1. Combine all ingredients in blender or mini cuisinart and blend until smooth.
2. Add butter to a pan over medium to medium-low heat.


3. Once melted, pour in the pancakes. Allow to cook 3-4 minutes, or until a great deal of bubbles have formed. Slip & cook 1-2 mins.
