Breaded meatballs

Ingredients:

Meat (pulp) 650 g Onion Vegetable oil Sale
Chili pepper
Parsley pepper
Breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons Smoked paprika eggs
3 Mozzarella
125gr Bread flour
2 tablespoons
Breadcrumbs
100g Vegetable oil

Indications:

  1. First cut and mix the meat (or you can buy it already minced).
  2. Then in a pan fry the onion with chilli and salt.
  3. Combine the mixture with the meat with parsley, breadcrumbs, paprika, egg and salt.
  4. Shape the meatballs by filling them with the mozzarella.
  5. Roll them into the egg-flour mixture and then into the breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry in hot oil and serve, if you like, with sauces.
