Wash and peel the shrimp, remove the blue gut on their backs and cut them in half lengthwise without finishing the cut.
Heat a frying pan with oil, have the flour, breadcrumbs and eggs ready with a little salt and pepper on different plates, take a shrimp, roll it in the flour, dip it in the egg and then pass it through the breadcrumbs and to the frying pan with oil, let sew and if you wish let it brown, this procedure is done with all the shrimp.
You can accompany them with a white rice soup with carrot and a salad of lettuce
