BRIGADEIRO PIE DUO
400 grams of cornstarch biscuits
180 grams of butter
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa powder or chocolate powder
3 cans of condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 box of cream
100 grams semisweet chocolate
granulated to taste
–Method of preparation:
In a blender, crush the cornstarch biscuits, after crushing, place them in a bowl and add the butter and chocolate powder. Mix well until you get a compact mass.
In a removable background shape (18 cm) press this mass well in the bottom and sides.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
In a pan put the condensed milk along with the butter.
Stir over low heat until it comes away from the bottom of the pan, as soon as it starts to come apart, turn off and add the cream, mixing very well.
Separate half of this stuffing and add the still hot semisweet chocolate to melt it.
Mix well until completely melted and place in the base of the already baked pie.
On top put the other half of the white brigadeiro and take the fridge for 6 hours.
Decorate with sprinkles and enjoy
