Delicious buttery cake pasta


4 eggs
2 cups of sugar (tea)
180 g unsalted butter
1 cup of milk (tea)
3 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 tablespoon baking powder


Beat the whites in snow and book.  In the mixer, add the eggs, sugar and butter.  Beat until it’s a cream. 

Add the wheat flour and milk until it becomes a homogeneous mass.

Add the snow whites delicately and the baking soda.  Take it to the oven for about 40 minutes.
